Sauermann Si-RVP3 Vacuum Pump (142L/min)

The Sauermann Si-RVP3 Refrigeration Vacuum Pump is a 2-stage rotary vane pump built for high-performance evacuation of medium to large refrigeration and air conditioning systems. It has a free air displacement of 142 l/min at 50 Hz (170 l/min at 60 Hz).

Built to withstand the most gruelling conditions, the Si-RVP3 has a thermal-protected 1/2 HP motor with an on/off rocker switch that prevents overheating. A high-volume cooling fan and integrated cooling fins ensure that the motor and pump are able to continue to operate at safe temperatures during extended use. The Si-RVP3 comes with a stable, lightweight reinforced base which makes it easy to position securely on site, along with easy-grip handles for smooth transportation between installations.

Servicing the Si-RVP3 is easy thanks to the large oil sight glass with clear minimum and maximum level indicators that allow users to clearly monitor the oil conditions. Additionally, the oil drain valve and accessible vapour discharge/oil fill port also simplify servicing. With an integrated check valve, oil is prevented from flowing back into the system, while the gas ballast valve reduces the risk of oil contamination when working with systems that contain high levels of moisture. These features not only protect the pump but also ensure clean and efficient operation over time.

The Si-RVP3 includes a manifold valve that comes with three inlet ports – 1/4” SAE, 3/8” SAE, and 1/2” ACME – capable of reaching an ultimate vacuum of 15 microns running at 1440 RPM. The Si-RVP3 is compatible with A1, A2L, A2, and A3 refrigerants and must only be operated with oil specifically refined for deep vacuum pumps, as using unsuitable or contaminated oil will degrade performance and void the warranty. For safety, the pump should only be used indoors and must not be exposed to rain or excessive moisture.
