Sauermann Si-RVP1-220V Vacuum Pump (70l/min)

The Sauermann Si-RVP1 Refrigeration Vacuum Pump is a high-quality, 2-stage rotary vane pump that offers a free air displacement of 70 l/min at 50 Hz (85 l/min at 60 Hz) to provide power and mobility needed for a wide variety of applications.

This 220V model is equipped with a Schuko plug, making it ideal for use in regions with European-standard power systems. Powered by a 1/3 HP motor running at 1440 RPM, the Si-RVP1 achieves an ultimate vacuum of 15 microns, ensuring deep evacuation for demanding service tasks. Made to be durable and long-lasting, it has a refined cartridge machining that delivers a smoother surface finish and extends its operational life. An expanded oil path improves lubrication and cooling, while the upgraded seals ensure maximum vacuum performance.

The Si-RVP1 is fitted with a thermal-protected motor and an on/off rocker switch that ensure safe control. Cooling is supported thanks to the high-volume fan and integrated cooling fins that maintain stable operating temperatures even when used for an extended period time. The Si-RVP1 features a lightweight yet reinforced base along with an easy-grip handle and compact dimensions, making it well-suited for a wide variety of job sites.

One of the standout features of the Si-RVP1 is its analogue vacuum gauge, which provides real-time readings of vacuum levels and stability. An integrated check valve helps prevent oil backflow, while the gas ballast valve helps reduce oil degradation when operating in high-moisture environments. Servicing the Si-RVP1 is easy with a large sight glass and clear min/max oil level indicators, as well as a conveniently placed oil drain valve and accessible vapour discharge/oil fill port.

The Si-RVP1 offers flexible connectivity thanks to its manifold valve, which includes three inlet ports: 1/4” SAE, 3/8” SAE, and 1/2” ACME. It is compatible with A1 and A2L refrigerants and only allows the use of oil specifically refined for deep vacuum pumps, as failure to do so will degrade performance and void the warranty.
